Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, although old, was clean and had a sea view, but I encountered one cockroach which I had to deal with. The view from the room faced a ruined building on the street, which was a bit disappointing. However, the location was good and the facilities were decent but could use some improvements.
Although the rooms were poorly equipped and there was a water leakage issue in the bathroom, the hotel offered a sea view in the afternoon. The coffee was tasteless, and the milk for coffee was super diluted, but the hotel was an improvement from my previous stay. Don't expect to sleep in, though.
The hotel has a great location right on the beach with enthusiastic animation team, but lacks professionalism in guest interactions. The rooms, although old, were clean, but had outdated amenities like CRT TVs and loud split AC units. The dining experience was delightful with plentiful and tasty food, yet service quality was lacking. The facilities are decent, but service levels vary.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms were functional but not sparkling clean. The sea view was a plus, but the outdated amenities like the old CRT TV and noisy AC were disappointing. The service was pleasant overall, but there were some instances of staff being less than welcoming. The location, especially with the new slides for families, was lovely, but there were some issues with the management. The dining experience was good, though a few improvements could be made. The facilities were decent, offering a range of entertaining options.
I had such a lovely stay at the hotel! The rooms were fantastic - clean, comfortable, and even with a sea view. The friendly staff made our experience delightful, although I must say, their service was top-notch, ensuring we had everything we needed, from toiletries to beach towels. However, there were some drawbacks related to the location and management issues during my visit. The dining was excellent with plentiful and tasty options, especially the grilled Teppanyaki fish. Moreover, the facilities provided added to the overall comfort and convenience of the stay.
